Job description

Liaising extensively with external or internal clients.

Gather and analyzes user or business requirements.

Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability.

Design user interface, table structure, ERD, flow chart, system logic and system architecture.

Prepares and document User Requirement Specification and Functional Specification.

Working closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.

Involve and assist tester on system integration and user acceptance testing.

Prepare testing procedure and review test script prepared by QC.

Review user manual prepared by trainer.

Participate in application support and maintenance after application is implemented.

Requirements

Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent

Added advantage with Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE) certification.

At least 3 years related experience in system development and involved in full cycles on software requirement study and analysis.

Excellent communication skills, both for gathering feedback and requirements understanding customer needs as well as providing support.

Domain knowledge in healthcare system will be advantaged.

Good fundamental knowledge on relational database concepts.

Able to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
