Job summary

cbs APAC is seeking a Senior Support Consultant - SAP MM in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role focuses on incident resolution, change and service request management, and SAP MM configuration in collaboration with the development team.

Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years in SAP MM, strong English skills, and experience with SAP S/4HANA. This position requires teamwork with regional stakeholders and a commitment to meeting SLAs.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional experience in SAP Material Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• Hands-on project experience in SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
• Basic debugging in ABAP is a plus.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet SLA commitments.
• Team player with collaboration across technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Incident Resolution: Promptly address and resolve SAP module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Change Request Management: Provide advice and solutions to meet business change expectations and ensure timely delivery.
• Service Request Management: Efficiently handle service requests, providing timely solutions and support to end-users for Material Management
• Configuration and Customization: Contribute to the configuration and customization of SAP MM based on business requirements, collaborating with the development team.
• Meeting SLA: Work closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed up and addressed in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 5 to 10 years of professional experience in SAP Material Management including strong understanding of MM processes and integration with other SAP modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain business, or other related fields.
• Hands-on project experience in SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of ABAP or the ability to perform basic debugging is an added benefit.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet SLA commitments.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with technical teams, business users, and regional stakeholders.
