Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to lead the supply chain and production planning for FCI 2X. You will integrate scheduling, headcount analysis, and cycle count leadership to align with business priorities and drive continuous improvement in delivery and inventory accuracy.

You will coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, planning and materials teams to resolve conflicts, monitor schedules, and report on KPIs.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of work experience in supply chain, operations, or related field.
• PMP Certification or Certified Professional In Supply Management (Standards Organizations) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and communicates the MFO production schedule based on demand, capacity, material availability, and priorities.
• Monitors daily schedule attainment, work-in-progress, backlog, constraints, and recovery actions.
• Coordinates with Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, Materials, and supporting functions to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Analyses headcount demand and supply by shift, function, and skill requirement to ensure workforce capacity supports the production plan.
• Maintains headcount, attendance, overtime, productivity, and capacity reports; identifies gaps and risks.
• Provides day-to-day functional leadership for FCI 2X operations and ensures priorities and escalations are executed.
• Facilitates daily operational reviews and drives corrective actions for safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Coaches team members and reinforces standard work and compliance requirements.
• Owns the cycle count plan and executes it accurately and on time.
• Investigates inventory variances and coordinates root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
