Job Description

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Supply Chain & Operations Executive to manage procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution across our regional supply chain network. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations, optimizing supply planning, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

1. Procurement & Supplier Management
2. Lead procurement execution, including placing and managing purchase orders (POs) with suppliers to ensure timely production and replenishment.
3. Develop strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
4. Proactively identify supply risks, negotiate solutions, and align procurement with business needs.
5. Freight & Logistics Management
6. Oversee freight forwarders and shippers, ensuring cost-effective, timely, and compliant international shipping.
7. Manage import/export operations, navigating customs clearance and regulatory compliance in collaboration with logistics partners.
8. Optimize shipping schedules and routes to improve lead times and reduce costs.
9. Warehouse & 3PL Coordination
10. Work closely with 3PL providers and warehouse teams in Singapore, Malaysia, and regional markets to manage inbound and outbound logistics.
11. Ensure accurate inventory receiving and stock allocation according to service-level agreements (SLAs).
12. Monitor warehouse performance metrics (KPIs) and drive operational improvements.
13. Inventory & Operations Planning
14. Support commercial teams, finance teams, and the head of operations to ensure optimal inventory sufficiency across markets.
15. Support supply planning strategies, including demand forecasting and replenishment cycles.
16. Operational Compliance & Continuous Improvement
17. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for supply chain and logistics operations.
18. Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

You're a fit for this role, if you:

1. Have 3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce industries.
2. Possess strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs regulations, and international logistics.
3. Have experience managing supplier relationships, purchase orders, and production timelines.
4. Have hands-on experience with warehouse operations, 3PL coordination, and inventory planning.
5. Are proficient in MS Excel, Inventory management software (OMW/WMS), etc.
6. Have excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
7. Can work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a solution-oriented mindset.
