You will drive proactive team engagement, ensure safety and policy adherence, and manage all aspects of material planning and inventory

Responsibilities

• Motivate and engage the team to maintain high morale and productivity
• Ensure safety and compliance with all company policies
• Continuously review and adjust work scopes and team management
• Monitor team performance to achieve business goals
• Establish and maintain effective meeting cadences for procurement and warehouse functions
• Oversee material planning, purchasing, and inventory management to meet production needs
• Manage warehouse operations and ensure timely fulfillment of production orders
• Optimize material inventory levels and manage material risks and expiry
• Analyze and approve supplier contracts and plan cost-saving initiatives
• Prepare and present procurement strategies and analyses to leadership
• Negotiate with suppliers to build strong business relationships
• Adhere to ethical standards and manage departmental expenses within budget

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of success in senior or managerial role
• Preferably Senior Leadership experience
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to design, implement and optimize supply chain strategies
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
