Job summary

PPG is recruiting a Business Analysis Specialist I to shape Supply Chain IT solutions across Europe and Asia Pacific. You will work with stakeholders to define requirements, drive process improvements, and support the adoption of cutting-edge tools including IBP, data analytics, and AI/ML solutions.

This role targets a self-driven professional with 5+ years of IT or business process experience and strong analytical skills, capable of remote collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems/CS/Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years IT or related experience
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing
• Strong systems/process orientation and SDLC/Agile knowledge
• Comfortable working remotely using virtual collaboration
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Assimilate products and processes in assigned business area quickly
• Gather requirements, perform functional design, test, and map to business processes
• Link IT solutions to redesigned processes within the organization
• Provide technical support for user requests using standard tools
• Network with other analysts to share IT deployment know-how
• Lead small projects independently and manage change
• Support test plan development and product manager interactions
• Collaborate across teams to deliver IT solutions
