Responsibilities:

1. Check and verify the marking and labelling on cargo transferred from GHA Warehouse by import operation team.
2. Ensure timely return of documents to carrier after submission and amendments.
3. Countercheck the import documentation to match with the physical cargo for verification.
4. Ensure cargo is transferred on time based on the flight arrival time.
5. Update/report any discrepancies in a timely manner.
6. Ensure that the data updated are accurate and complete in Tango.
7. Accept any other job responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
8. Attend to all customer queries regarding shipments promptly.
9. Retrieve carrier documents correctly in respect to customer goods.
10. Perform SPM duties.

Qualifications:

• Minimum two (2) years of work experience in airfreight cargo.
• Knowledge of import operations is an advantage.
• Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
