Lead the execution of finance strategies within a business unit and manage a small team of finance specialists. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, covering actuals, budgets, forecasts, tax, and controls.

Description

Key Responsibilities:Oversee reporting of actuals and forecasts, meeting quality standards and tight deadlines.Deliver timely financial accounting services covering fixed assets, cash flow, and divestments.Manage audit reporting and support compliance for tax filings (VAT, corporate, employee taxes).Automate routine data delivery from finance systems and act as a super-user for SAP Finance and Controlling modules.Maintain and enhance reporting tools to meet evolving organizational needs efficiently.Prepare routine and ad-hoc financial analyses to support global and organizational requirements.Lead end-to-end statutory audit, reporting, and filing, including drafting financial statements.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely statutory reporting.Performance Indicators:Internal stakeholder satisfaction with report quality, relevance, and timeliness.Achievement of service delivery and process KPIs as per agreed SLAs.
