Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge of test program and test hardware development, qualification, release, and sustenance.
• Proficient in data analytics, statistical analysis, data mining, and scripting (e.g., Python, R, KNIME).
• Solid experience in Test Engineering and/or Product Engineering in semiconductor fabrication environments.
• Hands-on process control, yield improvement, 8D, Lean Six Sigma, SPC, MSA, APC methodologies.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with cross-site collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, deployment, and sustenance of a standardized Test Package & Program Management System across Frontend and Backend manufacturing sites.
• Drive harmonization, governance, and continuous improvement of test processes and release through standardized methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development teams to establish methods and share knowledge.
• Translate business requirements into scalable software solutions as Business Application Owner.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives with data analytics and workflow automation to improve efficiency and quality.
• Develop organizational capability through leadership and training and apply advanced analytics to manufacturing challenges.
