Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior/Staff SW Development Engineer to join our team to build and modernize software for FPGA flows and HW-SW co-design tools. If you have a strong background in C/C++ and enjoy solving complex system-level challenges — transforming legacy code into modular, robust, and future-proof systems — we’d love to connect.

What We Are Looking For

• Deep C/C++ Expertise: Strong foundation in C/C++ with the ability to navigate, debug, and modernize large, complex codebases into Modern C++.
• Systems Architecture & Code Quality: Proven experience in refactoring legacy systems, improving performance, modularity, memory footprint, and maintainability.
• Engineering Best Practices: Track record of driving robust automated testing, CI/CD, static analysis, and code quality standards.
• Technical Leadership: Ability to mentor engineers, guide design decisions, and solve tough debugging/performance bottlenecks.

Valuable (but not mandatory) domains: Experience in any of: FPGA tools or EDA software development, embedded systems, device programming, or HW-SW modeling.

How we work: We are actively integrating GenAI-augmented engineering workflows into our development lifecycle to accelerate legacy code analysis, refactoring, debugging, and test automation.
