Job Description

In your new role, you will:

  1. Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations across multiple countries within Asia to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  2. Ensure the team performs according to defined goals, KPIs, and SLAs, managing or escalating breaches as necessary.
  3. Ensure team compliance with global company standards, processes, and procedures.
  4. Lead and manage projects related to employee operations, including process improvements, system implementations, and compliance initiatives.
  5. Identify individual strengths of team members and contribute to their professional development.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain processes and procedures supporting employee operations, including compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in HR standard processes, tools, and systems.
  • Good communication skills and ability to lead a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
