In your new role, you will:

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations for multiple countries within Asia to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Ensure the team performs according to defined goals, KPIs, and SLAs, managing or escalating breaches as necessary.
• Ensure team compliance with global company standards, processes, and procedures.
• Lead and manage projects related to employee operations, including process improvements, system implementations, and compliance initiatives.
• Identify individual strengths of team members and contribute to their professional development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain processes supporting employee operations, including compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Your Profile

You are best equipped if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources.
• Proficiency in HR processes, tools, and systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
