Job summary

EMS Healthcare Centre is seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to join our nursing team in Klang, Selangor. You will provide direct bedside care, coordinate nursing activities and support patient-centred care across general medical and surgical wards.

The role requires 3–5 years of post-qualification experience, registration with the nursing board, and a relevant nursing degree. A collaborative team environment and ongoing clinical training are offered.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the nursing regulatory body and valid licence.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• 3–5 years of post-qualification nursing experience in general medical/surgical settings.
• Knowledge of nursing procedures, clinical protocols and evidence-based practice.
• proficiency in patient assessment, care planning and clinical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside nursing care on medical and surgical wards.
• Administer medications and treatments with accurate documentation.
• Assist with wound care, catheter management and routine clinical procedures.
• Monitor vital signs and promptly report changes to the medical team.
• Maintain detailed nursing notes and patient records.
