In your new role, you will:

• Perform daily support to production for quality and process engineering topics:
• Key driver for yield improvement in your process.
• Drive quality improvement for your process.
• Perform DDM lot investigation and disposition.
• Involve in NLOP, NLOZD, CIP.
• Sustain and achieve stability index for the package under your responsibility.
• Support production on daily issues investigation and improvement to achieve operational performance.
• Sustain and achieve quality stability for DA process to attain zero spill and FAR.
• Update and refine documents to ensure no expired documents.

Your Profile

You are best suited for this role if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Knowledge of die attach (glue bonding) process.
• Experience in unit process engineering.
• Basic statistical and SPC knowledge.
• Basic problem-solving skills.
