Job description

Accountable for the EOL Machine (Mold, Laser, Glob Top, Lid Attach, and Casting) Maintenance topics under his/her responsibility and lead the EOL Maintenance technicians.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

1. Establish maintenance systematic & methodology for new and existing EOL equipment to ensure machines are maintained at optimal condition.
2. Ensure Maintenance KPIs such as OEE, MTBA, and spare part management are within the defined targets.
3. Lead the EOL maintenance team to drive machine stability and continuous improvement through predictive and preventive maintenance.
4. Improve equipment stability by analyzing machine data and executing improvement actions for sustainability (e.g., MTBA).
5. Optimize equipment and automate processes through Intrinsic Equipment Engineering for cycle time & machine productivity enhancement (e.g., OEE).
6. Support the development of equipment engineering/maintenance personnel competencies according to job requirements.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics/Mechatronics/Semiconductor Technology).
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance equipment within the semiconductor industry, including experience with Mold Tooling and Trim and Form Tooling.
• Experience handling Mold and Trim and Form equipment.
• Leadership experience in problem-solving and implementing preventive measures related to EOL Tooling and Trim and Form.
• Proficiency in statistical data analysis and understanding of the 8 basic QC tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply different problem-solving methodologies.
