In this role, you will lead efficiency improvements, analyze operational opportunities, and set manufacturing standards. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering with over 5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and a proactive management approach.

Responsible for segment productivity improvement and sustainability through Industrial Engineering functions.

Job Description

In your new role, you will:

  • Lead and manage efficiency, standards, and improvements for OP3.
  • Analyze and define operational efficiency opportunities based on key TCR cost elements (Personnel, Capital, Material).
  • Provide guidance to IE engineers, deploy IE tools and methodologies in studies, data collection, and projects. Ensure new platforms are covered under IBID and iTFM.
  • Set and establish manufacturing standards and KPIs annually, identify gaps, and formulate actions to close them. Collaborate with Operations to adopt new standards/KPIs for TCR and review with Resource Planning & Finance.
  • Ensure the quality of the Basic IE database—standards for labor, material usage factors, operation cycle time, UPH, and OEE.
  • Drive, monitor, and analyze equipment speed loss, SDT, UDT; identify root causes and focus areas; form teams to restore equipment throughput to meet TCR and ambitious targets.
Your Profile

You are best equipped if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Over 5 years of experience in semiconductor assembly, industrial engineering, or manufacturing engineering.
  • Experience in work study, plant layout, material standards, and headcount modeling.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact across organizational levels.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
