Job description

Own the Productivity and quality KPI and lead improvement projects to meet high performance targets in OEE, Yield, and throughput of the Equipment; aligning maintenance strategies with operational targets while ensuring strict adherence to quality requirements.

Job Description

In your new role, you will:

  1. Lead and mentor maintenance technician groups to execute equipment maintenance timely and comprehensively.
  2. Ensure availability of machine critical parts and tooling parts to support production, impacting OEE and delivery.
  3. Manage systematic maintenance of test equipment, oversee actual maintenance activities, and supervise maintenance personnel to achieve optimal equipment efficiency and maintenance cost.
  4. Establish and/or modify setup, conversion, and troubleshooting guidelines to ensure reliable machine uptime.
  5. Investigate and implement countermeasures to prevent repetitive breakdowns.
  6. Coordinate all Safety, Health, and Environment activities, including OSHAS 18000 and EMS ISO14000 audits.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

  • A degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical, Material Science, Physics, or equivalent.
  • Preferably more than 5 years of experience in the electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry.
  • A fundamental knowledge of semiconductor processes.
  • Assertiveness, intercultural skills, strong leadership, and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work regularly.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
