Key responsibilities in your new role
In this role, you will lead the development and deployment of Digital Twin, Advanced Process Control (APC), and advanced analytics solutions to enhance manufacturing performance, process stability, and operational excellence. You will leverage equipment, process, and quality data to drive data-driven decision-making, implement predictive and self-healing manufacturing capabilities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable smart manufacturing solutions that improve yield, quality, throughput, and equipment effectiveness.
Develop and deploy Digital Twin and APC solutions to improve manufacturing performance and process stability
Analyze equipment, process, and quality data to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision making
Design predictive, adaptive, and closed-loop control strategies using APC, Digital Twins, FDC, and advanced analytics
Lead the team in the development of self-healing manufacturing capabilities through automated detection, diagnosis, and correction of process deviations
Integrate Digital Twin and analytics solutions with manufacturing systems, including MES, APC, FDC, maintenance, and automation platforms
Lead or collaborate with Process, Equipment, Manufacturing, Quality, Automation, IT, and Data Engineering teams to develop and implement scalable solutions
Monitor solution performance, validate models, anddrive continuous improvement in yield, throughput, cycle time, quality, and equipment effectiveness
Lead or participate in digitalization, smart manufacturing, and continuous improvement projects from concept through deployment
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance factory productivity, reliability, and operational excellence
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You strive to apply your expertise in semiconductor manufacturing, digitalization, advanced process control, and data analytics to drive process optimization, equipment reliability, and operational excellence. You excel in leveraging Digital Twin, APC, FDC, predictive maintenance, and AI/ML-driven solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable improvements in productivity, quality, and manufacturing performance.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, digital manufacturing, process engineering, equipment engineering, Advanced Process Control (APC), equipment reliability, or related fields
Good understanding ofsemiconductor backend assembly and test processes, including die attach, wire bonding, and molding
Experience inDigital Twin, APC, Fault Detection & Classification (FDC), equipment monitoring, predictive maintenance, and manufacturing analytics solutions
Knowledge of process control, statistical analysis, data-driven optimization, AI/ML applications, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma andDMAIC
Proficiency in Python, SQL, KNIME, MATLAB, or similar tools fordata analytics, ETL, model development, and automation
Familiarity with semiconductor equipment communication standards (SECS/GEM, EDA), industrial automation, Industrial IoT (IIoT), equipment integration, and factory systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
