You will undertake projects supporting Industry 4.0 automation equipment and upcoming automation projects.

Job Description

In your new role, you will:

1. Drive key material handling, equipment process, process control, and artificial intelligence automation projects to leverage and accelerate the development of a highly automated production line.
2. Propose and benchmark automation solutions throughout project phases: conceptual, evaluation, and production release.
3. Undertake responsibilities for equipment data collection, monitoring, and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
4. Focus on understanding the needs of internal and external customers and stakeholders.
5. Drive project business cases and implementation to meet stakeholder expectations.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electrical Engineering.
• More than 12 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing, preferably in a semiconductor environment.
• Good knowledge of Project Management.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C#/C++, Firmware is preferred.
• Knowledge in Process Control Automation or Advanced Process Control (APC).
• Understanding of System Integration and Digital/Analog data protocols.
• Ability to work independently under tight timelines and collaboratively for optimal results.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
