Qualifications

Master/Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Materials Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in equipment engineering, preferably in sputter media or semiconductor manufacturing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability.
Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Oversee machine installation, maintenance, and repair of sputtering equipment.
Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with process engineers to develop and optimize sputtering processes.
Develop project (equipment upgrades) plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Provide technical expertise, training and mentor junior engineers/technicians on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
Ensure all equipment and support system comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Prepare and present reports on equipment status, performance metrics, and project progress to management.
Document SOPs and best practices for equipment operation and maintenance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.
