A leading financial services provider is seeking a project management professional to support their Retail Wealth Distribution’s Agency & Partnership channel. The role involves spearheading projects, analyzing customer data for business growth, and managing stakeholder communications. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical and communication skills. To assist and provide sales support to Retail Wealth Distribution’s Agency & Partnership channel on marketing and distribution of MIM’s unit trust funds and PRS schemes.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is primarily accountable to spearhead the overall projects across all channels towards agency manpower/business growth, formulate strategies and develop tracks / digital programs / events/ branch/agency officers / tactical incentives / campaigns to achieve the intended goal.
Long terms customer database analysis for conversion into business growth via up/cross sell opportunities through all available channels.
Track and report effectiveness of overall channels’ initiatives to Senior Management & Regional Office on a regular basis.
To develop / enhance product presentation materials, collaborate with Sales Team for marketing material contents, working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure readiness of use.
To support, manage and coordinate between external and internal stakeholders for any short-term / long-term project such as Manulife iFUNDs, ad-hoc enhancements and request with 3rd party vendor (such as KFT). This includes but are not limited to:
a. Developing and reviewing of Business Requirement Document (BRD),
b. Coordinate and track implementation is in accordance to timeline,
c. To ensure User Acceptance Tests (UAT) are conducted by the respective parties in a timely manner,
d. Initiate communication of key updates to relevant stakeholders,
e. Preparation of status updates presentation material, etc
Responsible for the campaign lifecycle which includes, formulation, announcement, execution, tracking, campaign results verification, campaign payout and campaign review.
Partnership channel support which includes but not limited to Fund RFI, Company Due Diligence on MIM, commission verification and general enquiries.
Run synergistic efforts with Marketing team leveraging on marketing initiatives to maximize impact etc.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, channel strategy, or business development.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in financial services or insurance industry is a plus.
