Responsible for IFX in-house wafer test capacity planning and ramp readiness.

Job Description

In your new role, you will:

  • Responsible for IFX in-house wafer test capacity planning and ramp readiness.
  • Ensure that the planning premises in the system match the actual ones.
  • Drive capacity optimization among front-end sites, considering capacity corridor constraints and financial factors (e.g., idle costs) to achieve optimal results.
  • Manage supply escalation (focusing on PP) and drive actions to optimize short-term capacity usage in Wafer Test.
  • Decide on further measures to overcome shortages (e.g., ratios, capacity/demand balancing, wafer test BN management).
  • Align and optimize capacities across the cluster.
  • Coordinate smoothly with Site Planning, Operations, TTI, and Finance teams to prepare and support further ramp-up.
  • Identify critical issues and escalate as needed.
  • Define and track further measures for capacity optimization.
Your Profile

You are best equipped if you have:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or similar.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Knowledge of Pre-Assembly and Wafer Test operations, Logistics, and Materials Planning.
  • Analytical skills, with excellent planning and delivery capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to interact at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with problem-solving techniques.
