Job Description
In your new role, you will:

  • Be responsible for the total talent acquisition strategy in line with talent pipeline development.
  • Manage the full cycle of recruiting activities for all employee levels, including job posting, sourcing, screening, offering, and onboarding.
  • Act as a strategic partner for hiring managers to enable hiring the best fit for open positions.
  • Be a key user of all recruitment systems such as Eightfold, ATS, and SAP.
  • Demonstrate proficient brand marketing and negotiation skills, aiming for win-win solutions.
  • Possess proficient interviewing skills, including competence-based interviewing and aptitude diagnostics.
  • Have a basic analytical mindset to interpret data and consult stakeholders effectively.
  • Handle all expatriate-related issues, including new applications and renewals.
  • Experience in recruiting finance, technical experts, and production executives locally or regionally.
  • Must be able to work at the Penang site location.

Your Profile
You are best suited for this role if you have:

  • Preferably 3-5 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a multinational manufacturing company.
  • At least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
  • Experience with expatriate employment and hiring of IDL and technical/experts.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
  • A good work attitude and strong command of the English language.
