Job Description

In your new role you will:

  1. Be responsible for the Total Talent Acquisition Strategy in line with the development of the talent pipeline.
  2. Manage the full cycle of recruiting activities for all levels of employees, including job posting, sourcing, screening, offering, and onboarding.
  3. Act as a strategic partner for hiring managers to enable hiring the best fit for open positions.
  4. Be a key user of all recruitment systems such as Eightfold, ATS, and SAP.
  5. Demonstrate proficient brand marketing and negotiation skills (e.g., drive efforts to find solutions that generate a win-win outcome).
  6. Possess proficient interviewing skills (e.g., competence-based interviewing, aptitude diagnostics).
  7. Have a basic analytical mindset, able to interpret numbers and data, and consult with stakeholders.
  8. Be responsible for all expatriate-related issues, including new applications and renewals.
  9. Have experience in recruiting finance, technical experts, and production executives locally or regionally.
  10. Must be able to work at the Penang site location.

**Your Profile**

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  1. Preferably 3-5 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a multinational manufacturing company.
  2. Possess at least a Bachelor’s or College Degree.
  3. Experience in expatriate employment and hiring of IDL and technical/experts.
  4. Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
  5. Possess a good work attitude and strong command of the English language.
