Senior Specialist Supply Chain Planning

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and prioritizing sales and marketing plans, managing production bottlenecks, and coordinating with various teams to align capacity and resolve logistical issues. You will also participate in projects aimed at improving supply chain processes and tools, implementing key decisions effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop, modify, and prioritize sales and marketing plans considering existing orders for the next 6 months, in consultation with the Business Demand Planner.
2. Implement allocation decisions during production bottlenecks across various production lines, coordinating with Customer Logistics, Capacity Alignment Planner, and Product Marketing.
3. Participate in solving logistics issues within task forces for product and production problems.
4. Contribute to projects related to supply chain processes, tools, and change management.
5. Coordinate within the division, represent division-specific aspects in projects, and ensure the implementation of project decisions.
6. Utilize production flexibility within the local SCM organization and across divisions with other Capacity Alignment Planners.
7. Manage production requirements for capacity groups, ensuring compliance with available capacity.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial/Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computing, Data Analytics, AI, or Machine Learning.
• Strong planning, coordination, and analytical skills with a business focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with good time management and organizational abilities.
• Working knowledge of supply chain and material management concepts.
• Experience in planning and inventory management within the semiconductor industry.
• High complexity requires excellent coordination and communication skills to convey information effectively across functions/teams within Infineon Supply Chain.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Additional skills in AI, Tableau, Machine Learning, Python, and SQL are desirable.
