Provide second-level support in reporting platform operations: Tableau, Analysis for Office, etc.

Job Description

In your new role, you will:

1. Provide second-level support in reporting platform operations: Tableau, Analysis for Office, etc.
2. Support platform maintenance activities, e.g., server migration, platform version upgrade, platform health check, etc.
3. Prepare documentation for BIA solutions and platforms.
4. Conduct Tableau sharing sessions for users and offer consultations to Tableau users.
5. Collaborate with business owners to develop Tableau reports.
6. Support global operations and work closely with team members in other regions.
7. Define, design, and enhance business intelligence solutions.
8. Be available to work on AP and EU business hours on a case-by-case basis.
9. Be on call standby during weekdays and weekends for critical operations support.

Your Profile

You are well-suited for this role if you have:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
2. Knowledge of Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep.
3. Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
4. Experience in operations support and ticketing systems.
5. Understanding of Data Warehousing, ETL techniques, and SQL programming.
6. Good communication skills and a proactive team approach.
7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
