Senior Specialist - Product Marketing (Beyond Coatings)

We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Specialist - Product Marketing to support product development and portfolio management for our non-coatings categories, including Flooring, Aerosol, and Sealant, Adhesive and Filler (SAF).

In this role, you will tackle unique challenges while being immersed in a dynamic and collaborative working environment. You will engage with a wide network of internal stakeholders across departments and entities, as well as external business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Marketing:

Responsible for planning and execution for both new and existing products throughout their lifecycle - from identifying customer requirements to defining product positioning.

Develop and implement both short- and long-term product pipeline plan based on stakeholders’ feedback, market trends, and consumer insights.

Collaborate with the sales team and other key stakeholders to define product and technology roadmap, ensuring market relevancy and identifying gaps or opportunities.

Business Management:

Manage product pricing structures, conduct cost analyses, and set sales targets and forecasts.

Monitor product performance and adjust plans based on data and stakeholder feedback.

Consolidate sales strategies, retail plans and functional initiatives for product rollouts.

Conduct market and consumer research to understand the competitive landscape and identify product gaps or business opportunities.

Requirements:

Background:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Chemistry or its equivalent from a recognized institution of higher learning.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in product development and marketing management, preferably in coatings or building materials industry.

Knowledge & Skill:

Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel).

Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.

Strong time management and organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality results.

Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluent in written and spoken English with strong presentation skills.
