Driving of weekly Production Program (PP) capacity/demand confirmation with the BE Sites and Business Division
Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Drive weekly Production Program (PP) capacity/demand confirmation with the BE Sites and Business Divisions. Follow up and close open topics related to capacity and demand commitments.
- Implement processes, monitor KPIs, and execute changes to enhance efficiency within the Production Planning horizon.
- Align and optimize capacities across clusters.
- Collaborate and share expertise of business frameworks or solutions across BE Sites.
- Develop and document BE-wide planning processes and work methods.
- Lead projects for standardization in planning processes and procedures.
- Monitor and manage relevant reports according to the business cycle.
- Manage stability indicators for BE Production Planning.
- Participate in monthly/quarterly capacity confirmation processes with BE Sites and Business Divisions.
Your Profile
You are best equipped if you have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing Engineering, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing process planning.
- Familiarity with Infineon Supply Chain systems and tools.
- Knowledge of Production Planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues quickly.
- A proactive attitude aiming for excellence and a collaborative mindset for achieving the best results.
