Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Support and operate the equipment lifecycle processes and standards within a global organization.
- Conduct security assessments of equipment during the procurement and integration process.
- Support the deployment and rollout of process improvements within a global organization.
- Assist in consulting and guiding stakeholders in adopting OT Cybersecurity processes and standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements, providing guidance and recommendations for improvement and supporting the adoption of security processes and standards.
- Support process improvements and automation, documentation, and metrics maintenance.
- Support and collaborate with the Global Process Owner, Cybersecurity Manufacturing & OT Endpoints Lifecycle, in all aspects to improve security compliance of equipment in the equipment lifecycle of Infineon.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Security, or any equivalent course.
- 0-2 years of relevant professional experience in IT / OT Cybersecurity or a related field.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and concepts, including risk management and compliance.
- Strong interest in understanding and adopting equipment lifecycle processes and cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443, NIST CSF Manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-national team and with different stakeholders.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Excellent English in both writing and speaking.
