Responsibilities
  1. Develop the customer relationship to understand customer needs
  2. Meet customer revenue forecasts through maximizing utilization of sites
  3. Monitor and drive improvement on key programs and new opportunities
  4. Coordinate closely with Operations and Sales teams to support customers from quote to cash
  5. Manage loading, backlog, inventory, delivery performance, and flexibility according to customer forecasts & demand
  6. Drive customer qualification programs including site qualification, key projects, and new technology approvals
  7. Assist with customer site audits and visits
Job Requirements
  1. Degree or higher in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
  2. More than 5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing industries
  3. Experience with international business and managing customer accounts is an advantage
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  5. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  6. Self-motivated, independent, data-oriented, and a good team player
  7. Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin
  8. Occasional travel required

Export Control Compliance

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and applicable laws including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC. Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying ITAR-controlled products on the manufacturing floor and understanding access restrictions
  • Recognizing foreign visitors by badge differentiation
  • Following procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities
  • Managing export and ITAR requirements for shipments
  • Managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services
