Job Description
In your new role you will:

Support daily Customer Master Data (CMD) & Customer Portfolio (CPM) operational tasks/requests in a timely responsiveness manner with high level of service within same time zone.

Worldwide responsibility for Direct and Distributors End Customer data in our Customer Master Data systems & tool (eg SAP & CMD Hub)

Customer Master Data setup & maintenance, changes & update in all Customer Master Data systems & tools.

Clarification of data inconsistencies reported by internal or external users across all regions worldwide

Proactive consistency checks between CMD systems and clarification/clearing of data inconsistencies with related departments

Deliver as per assigned tasks related to Customer Portfolio especially on Channel Transfer requests.

Direct Customer Master Maintenance in SAP-PIF with quality data, high level of accuracy in a timely new customer creation (eg Sold-To/Ship-To) within the same working day (especially US time zone)

Indirect Customer Maintenance in SAP-CRM & Customer Aliasing Table

Golden Main Customers Maintenance in CMD Hub with daily consolidated cases within the same working day.

Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.

Support and recommend business process improvements projects to improve customer satisfaction and streamline efficiency.

Assists in defining data scope and objectives, provides preliminary recommendations on potential data processing applications, and assists in the development of business process specifications.

Understands the priority of open issues and provides regular feedback on progress and problem resolution.

Act as backup person across the regions as & when needed.



Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics/Mathematics, International Business or other related qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ working experience in SAP SD/Order Management/Customer Master Data

Preferred working experience in customer master data & customer portfolio

Self-starter with good hands-on experience & knowledgeable in SAP SD/OM module

Effective communication & interpersonal skills with all levels

Fast learner, well organized & good working behavior

Good judgmental skill & have a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times

Data driven with high data quality mindset

Language proficiency : English, Mandarin and any additional foreign language would be an added advantage (eg Japanese, Korean or German)

Knowledge MS Office tools especially Advanced/Intermediate Excel skillset
