We are looking for a self-starter who can be in charge of a suite of products under our digital lending team.
This person will be responsible in exploring new possibilities in digital lending – from research, negotiating deals with partners, crafting customer value proposition, oversee product implementation planning, delivery of solutions to ensuring the success of a product post launch.
What would you do?
- Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of business projects.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information among all relevant stakeholders (internal and external)
- Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure minutes are recorded and distributed.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Support the development and implementation of project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
- Track and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
- Monitor project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.
- Administer project management tools and software, providing support and training to users.
- Support the BPMO Head in leading the BPMO team and mentoring junior team members.
Who should join us?
- Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field, master's or PMP certification preferred.
- Experience: 3-5years in project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and Agile methodologies.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong presentation skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, adept at identifying and resolving issues.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, managing multiple projects effectively.
- Strong command of written and oral English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin would be a plus
- Knowledge towards innovation, & product management would be beneficial
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively within the team and across the organization with minimal supervision, working mainly independently to achieve goals agreed with leadership
- Well-developed presentation skills, including the ability to effectively deliver information internally and externally at all levels
- Strong analytical and attention to details skills
- Motivated to continuously improve one’s self
