Jora Malaysia is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer - Fullstack Developer in Petaling Jaya to lead design, development, and integration of enterprise solutions. The role focuses on coordinating requirements, architecture, testing, and delivery across DX teams and Solution Sales, ensuring value delivery to customers.

The ideal candidate has strong Python/Java/C#/HTML/CSS skills, ML/AI framework experience, and ability to manage multiple projects while communicating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience with multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of ML/AI frameworks and tools for integration with LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out R&D, including design, development and integration of enterprise solutions.
• Test and evaluate new solutions.
• Collaborate with DX Implementation, Consultants and Specialists to propose total solutions.
• Maintain project timelines and budgets, and provide progress updates.

Senior Solutions Engineer - Fullstack Developer (Petaling Jaya)

The Senior Engineer is responsible for coordinating all project elements including system requirement study, system design, quality planning, installation, commissioning, testing/quality control. They are to ensure the projects remained within budget in order to meet the requirements of the customers’ needs and are responsible over the success and completion of projects. This includes ensuring progress is reviewed on a timely basis both internally and externally, and collaborating closely with the Digital Transformation/Technical Team and Solution Sales Team to understand customer’s requirement – to propose the total solution that fits customer’s needs/requirements with the goal to win the deal.

Responsibilities

• To carry out R&D – includes:
• To design, develop, and implement new/modified and integration of enterprise/business solutions.
• To test and evaluate new solutions.
• Collaboration and communication with DX Implementation, DX Consultants, and Specialists:-
• To determine the best practices by referring to customer’s requirements – in proposing, designing, and implementing a total solution. This including efforts estimation.
• To anticipate potential risks and provide corrective actions/workaround that shall not compromise company’s reputation.
• In projects:-
• To ensure projects are delivered within project timeline and budget.
• Able to be tasked on the roles to design, install, develop, configure, troubleshoot and/or carry out t technical support during project and/or after project goes live.
• To accurately update the project progress on timeline basis (weekly or fortnightly) to the project team and the customer.
• Ability to multitask.
• Be willing and available to work at company and customer premises as required.
• To prepare the documentation.
• Keep up with current and developing trends/tools/methodologies.
• To perform root cause analysis and resolve reported issues of the solution that had delivered to the customers.
• Undertake continuous training and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Has the business savvy to understand and probe customer needs and demonstrate quantifiable business value.
• Experienced in working on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge and experience on Machine Learning and AI framework and/or tools for integration with LLMs and working with vector databases (such as TensorFlow, Microsoft Cognitive Toolkit, PyTorch, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Caffe, Scikit-Learn, H20.ai)
• Analyse codes for weakness and errors, and present detailed plans to improve the systems/solutions
• At least 3 years experience on ERP or integration with ERP would be an added advantage
