We aim to deliver efficient business solutions in Customer Service Complex Data Solutions. You will work as Solutions Architect for existing and new applications, providing end-to-end architecture expertise across technologies like Snowflake, Teradata, Power BI, Matillion, Azure Cloud, and more.

You will be our primary architect, guiding the implementation of Analytics, Data Warehousing & Reporting products, ensuring solutions meet performance benchmarks and adhere to standards.

You will collaborate with project teams to ensure business requirements are met, considering end-to-end solution and data architecture, and work with complex data structures requiring your expertise in Data Modeling & Design. You will optimize performance and resource utilization of existing solutions.

You will guide development teams with your technical expertise, sometimes coding and providing high-level solutions to meet requirements.

As a senior team member, you will work with business users on requirements, ensuring clarity before development, and lead discussions during UAT defect reviews.

You will work with technologies like Snowflake, Matillion, Teradata, ERWIN, Microservices, Data pipelines, Jenkins, Jira/Confluence, Splunk, etc. You will have opportunities for growth and continuous learning across various technologies.

As a Solution Architect, you should have excellent understanding of the latest technologies and customer service experience. Strong knowledge of data modeling and experience in customer-facing application implementation are essential. Experience in Agile/Scrum, architecture design, software development (especially Python), analytics, and problem-solving is valuable.

You should be familiar with the latest analytics skills, and experience with MVP and POC rapid prototyping, including AI technologies, is a plus. Ability to work independently under pressure, and collaborate across regions, with proficiency in English, is required. Basic certifications or knowledge of AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Teradata, Power BI, etc., are advantageous.
