The Day-To-Day Activities

Job Summary:
To manage business systems change requests with GTM, Sales, and CRM focus. To manage the requirement and implementation phases of system change with internal resources and third-party vendors to deliver the change according to plan, budget, and quality expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Management and planning of system Change Requests (CR) to meet business objectives and timelines
  • Change Analysis and Solution Definition of the System Change Requests that comply with the Division's policies and technical capabilities
  • Support Post Production Activities
  • Support Cross Functional Projects
  • Liaison between internal users and IT Vendors in confirmation of solutions

About You

Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Master's Degree in Computer Science / IT / Electrical & Electronic / Telecommunication or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in Billing System / CRM / Sales Support Systems
  • Project Management & Business Analyst background in telecommunication industry
  • Telco IT experience, especially related to systems and products launches
  • Strong negotiation skills
