Job summary

Accenture PLC in Malaysia is seeking a Software Tester Analyst to ensure quality, reliability, and performance of technology solutions. You will design and execute testing activities, work with development teams and stakeholders to validate requirements, and contribute to project delivery through rigorous test planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science/IT/Engineering field required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing/QA.
• Proficiency with test case design and execution.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Experience with automation testing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases based on requirements.
• Analyze product, system, and software requirements to create test scenarios.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and accessibility testing.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects with the dev teams.
• Monitor and report testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Participate in requirement reviews and design discussions to address QA concerns.
• Support continuous improvement of testing processes and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
