• Lead the platform design and architecture, developing flexible, highly scalable solutions for complex, large‑scale distributed server applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance web solutions with a strong focus on React.js on the frontend and Node.js/TypeScript (NestJS) on the backend.
• Act as a key technical anchor for the engineering team and drive engineering best practices.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conducting high‑level technical feasibility analyses to ensuring rigorous product quality.
• Uphold strict software quality standards by actively participating in architecture reviews, code reviews, and driving continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent, with 5+ years of professional software development experience, including proven experience in system architecture and design.
• Deep proficiency in Node.js and relevant frameworks (NestJS or Express.js), with a strong handle on asynchronous programming, data structures, and distributed systems.
• Solid, hands‑on experience building complex, responsive user interfaces using React.js (this is a core requirement).
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful API design, and familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL/SQL databases.
• Strong logical thinking and problem‑solving skills, with a firm grasp of clean code principles, microservices (or scalable monoliths), Git workflows, and CI/CD testing frameworks.
