Get to Know the Role

We are seeking iOS Engineers to join our team. You will work on multiple app clients using various programming languages. Problem-solving skills and initiative are essential. This is a hybrid role based in Jakarta, reporting to an Engineering Manager.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

1. Work on product development and engineering enhancements.
2. Collaborate with product and design teams to understand requirements, provide feedback, and oversee implementation.
3. Engage in technical discussions with engineering teams.
4. Write reusable, scalable, and testable code to ensure high-quality releases.
5. Coordinate with QAs to ensure successful app releases.
6. Review code and provide constructive feedback to team members.
7. Proactively improve the codebase and suggest better engineering solutions.
8. Take responsibility during on-call duties, debugging, and troubleshooting production issues.
9. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

1. 4+ years of iOS development experience.
2. Proficiency in Swift programming language.
3. Understanding of paradigms such as OOP, TDD, reactive programming, and dependency injection.
4. Knowledge of architectural patterns like MVVM or VIPER.
5. Experience in writing maintainable, testable code, including API design, unit testing, and UI testing.
6. Experience managing high-user-base applications with crash analytics, remote debugging, and CI/CD.
7. Strong ownership and accountability for your work.
