Job summary

iPiD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to shape the technology behind our account verification platform. You will design scalable services, improve performance and reliability, and help lay the technical foundations for our next growth phase.

Requirements include 6+ years in software engineering, proficiency in TypeScript and Go, experience with Node.js, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), microservices, gRPC, containers, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Go, and Node.js.
• Experience building cloud-based apps on Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Experience with microservices, gRPC, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering, system design, and modern practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to learn new technologies quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration in a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions.
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
