The Role:

1. Conduct workshops and facilitate information gathering using relevant analysis methodologies.
2. Design and document applications and databases aligned with business requirements and data models.
3. Provide solutions and guidance for complex programming challenges.
4. Analyze and design test scenarios and cases; report findings and recommend actions based on results.
5. Plan ahead considering business and technology trends.
6. Lead feasibility studies on strategic IT solutions with long-term impact.
7. Define, design, and implement enterprise architecture.
8. Support night batch jobs and prepare documentation for user sign-off.
9. Identify, analyze, and document business requirements.
10. Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, threats, and emerging technologies to manage risks effectively.
11. Highlight potential risks and share best practices for risk management.
12. Perform other related responsibilities.

The Person:

1. Degree in Computer Science/IT/IS or equivalent; Higher Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
2. 4-6 years of application development experience.
3. Insurance experience is advantageous.
