1. Manage manufacturing and delivery of IT applications, including change requests, both internally and with SBU Engagement Managers/SMEs, to ensure system functionality and meet business needs.
2. Develop technical solutions within the existing ecosystem.
3. Collaborate with Squad Lead to develop and manage request deliverables, plans, and timelines.
4. Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
5. Review requirement analysis and SIT testing scope.
6. Identify potential risks and issues in the delivery process and develop mitigation strategies.
7. Drive efficiency and effectiveness in solution delivery while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to best practices.
8. Understand system usage related to daily business operations and advocate for improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Provide production support and assist in identifying root causes of application issues.
10. Offer post-implementation support to business users within your areas of responsibility.

Ensure compliance with all processes, audit, and risk management standards during the execution of user stories.
