SUMMARY OF POSITION AND OBJECTIVES: We are seeking a developer to contribute to the development of high-performance, secure web applications. Responsibilities include designing, developing, troubleshooting, and testing applications focusing on HTML, CSS, Angular, and ASP.NET Core Web API. Collaborate with Business Analysts to estimate workload and select appropriate technical solutions.
POSITION & OBJECTIVES: Develop and support web applications per business requirements. Maintain, modify, and optimize existing solutions. Work with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables. Follow best practices and standards. Perform additional duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5-7 years in development, mainly server-side with ASP.NET Core, EF Core, SQL Server. Strong understanding of design and architecture. Analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting skills. Experience with Azure DevOps and GIT is necessary.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED: Server-side development with ASP.Net Core Web API, EF Core. Knowledge of MSSQL, SQL, T-SQL. Proficiency in .NET, C#. Knowledge of software best practices. Ability to provide technical recommendations and learn quickly.
PERSONAL SKILLS: Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player. Experience with Agile (Scrum) methodologies is advantageous. Adaptability to complex environments and quick learning are essential.
Methodology skills: Agile Development (Scrum).
PREFERRED CANDIDATES: Self-motivated, critical thinkers, team players with good communication skills, willing to learn and meet deadlines. Experience working with global teams and across cultures is desirable.
TRAVEL: Willing to travel to Europe (5-10%) if required.
About the Project: The ARP Tool is a human resource solution supporting Eurofins' annual review process, focusing on security, performance, complex business rules, and UI/UX. It is a mature, in-house developed application used by thousands of users, with ongoing enhancements.
Engineering Degree in Computer Science, MCA, or relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
