Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and development of AI-powered cloud applications. You will drive scalable, secure, and performant systems, bridging cutting-edge AI with robust software engineering while mentoring a team of junior engineers.

You will architect cloud-native solutions across AWS/GCP/Azure, implement microservices and serverless patterns, and ensure high availability and low latency in production environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in cloud-based applications.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience mentoring engineers and conducting code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native applications.
• Collaborate with product to integrate AI/ML models, LLMs, and intelligent features.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conduct code reviews, foster engineering excellence.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead the technical design and development of our next-generation, AI-powered applications. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our cloud architecture, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and performant. You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technologies and robust software engineering, while actively mentoring a talented team of junior engineers.

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native applications, transitioning complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Collaborate with product to seamlessly integrate AI/ML models, LLMs, and intelligent features into production-grade applications.
• Act as a technical multiplier for the team. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conduct rigorous code reviews, and foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning.
• Design and maintain resilient cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure) utilizing microservices, serverless computing, and containerization.
• Write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code for critical backend services and APIs.
• Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and low latency.
