Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native apps
• Collaborate with product to integrate AI/ML models and features into production apps
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and conduct code reviews
• Design and maintain resilient cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure) with microservices and containerization
• Write clean, efficient backend code for services and APIs
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and ensure high availability and low latency

Accessories and Energy SW team is responsible and participate in various product development life cycle as early as the front end design and architecture development, costing, agile development and test creation( automation). The product roadmap is always exciting as we innovate to solving for safer.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead the technical design and development of our next-generation, AI-powered applications. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our cloud architecture, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and performant. You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technologies and robust software engineering, while actively mentoring a talented team of junior engineers.

Basic Requirements

1. Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native applications, transitioning complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

2. Collaborate with product to seamlessly integrate AI/ML models, LLMs, and intelligent features into production-grade applications.

3. Act as a technical multiplier for the team. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conduct rigorous code reviews, and foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning.

4. Design and maintain resilient cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure) utilizing microservices, serverless computing, and containerization.

5. Write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code for critical backend services and APIs.

6. Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and low latency.
