You will provide second/third level day-to-day operational support, investigate and resolve incidents unresolved at lower support levels. When issues become complex, collaboration with other IT support teams and specialists will be essential. As a Software Engineer, proficiency in Java and REST is highly desirable. Good knowledge of microservices is also essential.

You are a technology enthusiast with a good understanding of Spring Boot, OpenShift, GIT, and Jenkins is a plus. You can work independently, prioritize, and organize tasks under time and workload pressures. Working in a multinational environment, you should have advanced spoken and written English skills for effective cross-region collaboration.
