ViewQwest is seeking a seasoned software professional to design, develop, and maintain enterprise automation solutions in Kuala Lumpur. The role emphasizes building automation pipelines, integrating systems via APIs, and delivering reliable Python services.

You will implement event-driven workflows, security-conscious code, and scalable backend components while collaborating across teams to optimize CI/CD and cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems.
• Experience working with APIs and microservices.
• Experience with cloud platforms is advantageous.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise automation solutions.
• Automate manual operational and business processes.
• Build reusable automation frameworks and libraries.
• Develop internal tools to improve productivity.
• Maintain documentation for all automation workflows.
• Develop applications and services primarily using Python.
• Build RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Perform code reviews and enforce development standards.
• Develop deployment pipelines and CI/CD automation.
• Work with Linux-based environments and cloud infrastructure.
• Integrate internal and third-party systems using APIs.
• Develop middleware and connectors for enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot integration issues.
• Design workflow automation using platforms such as n8n or similar orchestration tools.
• Develop event-driven and scheduled automation.
• Implement notification and reporting workflows.
• Optimize existing automation pipelines.
