Job summary

Intretech in Malaysia seeks an SMT Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and maintain SMT manufacturing processes, ensuring high yield, cost efficiency, and IPC-A-610 compliance. You will create SMT/SPI/AOI programs, design reflow profiles, analyze defects, perform root-cause investigations, and drive process improvements for zero-defect quality and on-time delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, implement new processes, train supervisors, and monitor costs and downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience developing, optimizing, and maintaining SMT manufacturing processes.
• Ability to create SMT/SPI/AOI programs and reflow profiles.
