Senior Site Supervisor / Site Supervisor

We are an interior design and build company (ID) looking for responsible and self-motivated team players to join us as Senior & Site Supervisors.

Location: Puchong, Selangor.
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth workflow and project progress.
2. Plan, lead, mentor, and coordinate with site teams to achieve project milestones.
3. Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
4. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for project updates and issue resolutions.
5. Conduct regular site inspections and provide reports to management.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in site supervision in the interior fit-out industry.
2. Independent with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
3. Deep knowledge of safety regulations and construction procedures.
4. Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
5. Knowledge in M&E and ID work.
6. Willing to travel and work at night.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Assist in supervising and coordinating site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans.
2. Work closely with the Senior Supervisor and team to maintain project schedules.
3. Enforce safety measures and protocols on-site.
4. Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs and progress reports.
5. Address and resolve on-site issues promptly.

• Hands-on experience in managing site activities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in site supervision is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and work at night.
