We are an interior design and build company (ID) looking for responsible and self-motivated team players to join us as Senior & Site Supervisors.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth workflow and project progress.
• Plan, lead, mentor, and coordinate with site teams to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for project updates and issue resolutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide reports to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in site supervision in the interior fit-out industry.
• Independent with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and construction procedures.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
• Knowledge in M&E and ID work.
• Willing to travel and work at night.

Responsibilities (for Site Supervisor role):

• Assist in supervising and coordinating site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans.
• Work closely with the Senior Supervisor and team to maintain project schedules.
• Enforce safety measures and protocols on-site.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs and progress reports.
• Address and resolve on-site issues promptly.

Requirements (for Site Supervisor role):

• Hands-on experience in managing site activities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in site supervision is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and work at night.
