The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, a diploma in Architecture or Interior Design, and be fluent in Mandarin. Job description

Overview

Assist the Manager in supervising all construction and installation works on the project site. Implement relevant policies, procedures, activities, and instructions as required. Supervise, monitor, and control daily site activities in accordance with document control procedures. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the design intent is achieved. Act as the main liaison between the client, consultants, subcontractors, and internal team. Plan and monitor project timelines, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Coordinate installation works including carpentry, lighting, furnishings, and finishes. Conduct quality inspections during and after installation, ensuring defects are rectified before handover. Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with drawings, specifications, construction plans, and procedures. Carry out any other job tasks / assignments as and when requested by Senior Management, Department Head or direct superior.

Requirements

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related industry.
• Diploma in Architecture/ Interior Design or equivalent.
• Knowledge of AutoCad software.
• Candidate fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking tenants.
• Applicants should be independent, pro-active, result-driven, market oriented with good communication skills, able to complete the task within timeline given.
• Able to work in a team and good coordination with other department.
